A Few Questions

If you've read any of my blogs you may or may not know I work in the IT Dept. of a small company. Recently the comptroller at the company came and asked me a question: "What do you think about Instant Messaging for the company?" So, I put this question to you. I'm going to do some independent research, but I always like to get input from as many people as possible. What's the best one to get? What will take up the fewest resources? Easiest interface for old fogies?

I think I had one more question that wasn't so serious, but I can't remember at the moment. If anyone wants to chat me up, my IM is listed in my profile I think. If it isn't, good - let's keep it that way.
