3.) Criticism can be direct during raids, can you handle this without feeling attacked?

Of course, as long as it's constructive. I mean, "amg u f*king bads r so bad" is not really my cup of tea. I'm always glad to get the chance to improve via critique and criticism.

4.) Our raid times are Sat and Sun 6PM - 12AM. We also raid on Fri nights at 6PM if we have the numbers to do so. Can you make these raid times? Are there any times that you can not make?

There shouldn't be any problems.

5.) Do you have ventrilo and understand how to use it?

Yes, and I have a mic.

6.) Are you able to follow instructions given to you? Both instructions given before fights and given on the fly?

Yes, although, I have tunnel visioned in the past, to be perfectly honest. I rarely do anymore, though. I know most encounters, but am glad to adapt to any special tactics or strats that you use.

7.) What previous raiding experience do you have?

My first raid was ZG at 60, continued to clear all vanilla content except Naxx. Cleared all TBC content except Illidan and Sunwell past Muru. So far cleared all WotLK content except Yogg/LK/Ruby Sanctum.

8.) What guilds have you been in previously, and what caused you to leave them?

I've been in so many over the course of my time on this game, but as far as my Rogue, I've never been in a consistent raiding guild. The guild I'm in currently is just silly for the purpose of silly.

9.) Do you know anyone in Hoax?

Nope, sorry. =(

10.) Why do you want to join Hoax?

Your loot rules were the first thing that caught my attention, honestly. I refuse to join guilds that use a "loot council" system because of the favoritism that plays out in such a system. I've been in countless guilds that adopt such a system and then just pass the loot out to their buddies/officers. It just doesn't seem to work. But, additionally, those on the forums seem friendly and non-elitist. (another thing I can't really stand is WoW elitism)

11.) What spec would you like to raid as? Why?. Also keep in mind that if your class is capable of tanking or healing you may be asked to fill in in that capacity during raids if it is needed.

I'd prefer Mutilate, mainly because it's currently the top dps spec for Rogue. But, if for some reason you asked me to switch, it wouldn't bother me. Might be fun.

12.) List critical stats to your class and spec (example: spell damage, hit, crit, and haste for casters). We want actual numbers.

13.) Do you have any resist gear? What and how much?.

I'm afraid I don't, at the moment. However, if for some reason I was asked to acquire it, it wouldn't be a problem.

14.) We suggest all players have Omen and Deadly Boss Mod. What other add ons do you use?

I have both Omen and DBM, I also use Recount and a few others unrelated to raiding, such as Atlasloot/Questhelper.

15.) What do you want out of your game time?

Honestly, fun. Secondly, progress through new content. I believe the most fun that can be had in this game is downing bosses for the first time when new content is released. That is what I'm looking for, of course as part of a fun, friendly community. I'd also like to clear ICC for the first time, as I have not been past Blood Queen.

16.) What do you expect out of Hoax?

Well, a fun/friendly community as I said above, but people that are not necessarily serious all the time, but know how to be when it is called for.

17.) What can Hoax expect out of you?

You can expect me to quickly respond to "on-the-fly" instructions, and learn boss encounters long in advance. You'll probably get to know me better over vent.

I enjoy levelling new characters. In fact, I have every class except Priest at 80, although they are all Alliance on Korgath. I have since switched mainly over to my Rogue because I enjoy Horde, and Rogues in general. I hope you don't mind that I copied and pasted the application in between my answers. We cannot use any more rogues in any fashion, sorry, nothing against you but we simply have too damn many and even have two playing others classes.
