3.) Criticism can be direct during raids, can you handle this without feeling attacked?

4.) Our raid times are Sat and Sun 6PM - 12AM. We also raid on Fri nights at 6PM if we have the numbers to do so. Can you make these raid times? Are there any times that you can not make?

Ihave experiance up to Sindragosa in 25man and 10man

You should really take a look at apps before your own to see what makes them fail and succeed, copy those that succeed and avoid imitating those that fail.

8.) What guilds have you been in previously, and what caused you to leave them?
Publicity Stunt, Final Hour, Adversary to name a few. Guilds all broke up because of drama and there were alot of merges along the way that made it worse.

like i said above now i know prodige, but thats it.
10.) Why do you want to join Hoax?
I would like to be casual, yet maintain raid attendance on the weekends.
11.) What spec would you like to raid as? Why?. Also keep in mind that if your class is capable of tanking or healing you may be asked to fill in in that capacity during raids if it is needed.
Well im currently Survival but im regemming all my gear atm for arp so i can go marksmanship.

I would like to get raids done, have a guild that has abunch of good guys and gals to shoot the shit with.

Good players who know what theyre doing. and also to secure a spot in a good guild for Cata.
17.) What can Hoax expect out of you?
Ill be there on time for raids, do the best of my ability durring raids and possibly some good laughs. =P

I transfered to horde on this same server, couldent stand alliance anymore.
