Stay classy, hoax.
After some thought on the matter, I have decided that I will not be playing WoW anymore. My extended break was initially because of incompatible raid times because of classes. I started playing some other games, getting back to my FPS roots and doing pretty well with it. Somewhere along the way I figured out I wasn't too happy with my life. I was doing very well in school, and doing well with my job, but other than that I didn't have much going on. It turned out in-game achievements were not good substitutes for real-life accomplishments.
A little more than a month ago, I turned 30 (fucking 30!) and deleted all of my games. I also quit watching T.V. I thought I had been gaming to alleviate boredom, or maybe as some kind of escape from regular day-to-day life. Well, I haven't been bored yet, in fact, quite the opposite. I've gotten back into my amateur robotics hobby, and have also gotten back outside, going on regular day hikes and overnight backpacking trips, with the long term goal of being conditioned enough for a 7 day backpacking trip on the High Sierra trail by the end of summer.
I don't think I will ever miss the game. I will miss the people. You guys made me laugh my ass off.
Buryit, stay cantankerous. I can only hope that someone is still linking meters so you can scream about it.
Hanta & Cyko, you guys are rad. Keep stabbin stuff good.
Aud & Myrr, best of luck to you guys. I think it's awesome you guys hooked up. Myrr, I can only hope that you are consistently beating Aud in DPS now. Gotta show him who's wearing the pants.
Lirkal, Talayoe and Chili, I don't know if you guys still lurk, but if so, I hope you guys are doing well. I had a blast raiding with you guys.
Anyway, I guess you are going to have to gkick me (And arnbek & crokette), I don’t really have any way to gquit.

In other words, I'll miss you tons man, you have shown me so much more than I ever thought I could learn in this game, and you didn't bat an eyelash when I was almost constantly bugging you for advice/help.
You will be sorely missed and I know that's a thought shared by many.
If you Facebook, there is a <hoax> page, and maybe you can stay in contact there, or keep your privs here... Always good to hear from you.
PS. Aud is moving here for good in 3 weeks. YAY!
