it was i, sir, and honestly apping another guild while still in your current guild is the best way to do it, because if by chance you get denied, you are not caught in limbo with no guild.

Yes, apping to another guild is oh so smart while still in your current guild. How many people get booted for it? I bet it's not just Hoax that does it. So you end up "in limbo" anyways.

wow no wonder everyone is quitting your guild, actually I quit wow for a month and a half due to real life circumstances, and our guild unlike yours, demotes or kicks raiders for being inactive or lacking class knowledge/skills, so now that I am 80, I am applying for raiding membership again, not that I needed to, but because I was bored and am trying to get a 1up on other members that have also recently came back. by attaining a raider level membership.
